Campaign sets
Hero shots, portraits, details, ad crops. One direction across the whole series.
AI Creative Director
Campaign visuals. Brief to finished assets.
Film school eye. AI speed. You get campaign-ready stills and short video that feel like your brand, not like a stock library.
I start with how the brand should feel. Everything else follows from that.
Campaigns I directed and produced. Concept, mood, finished assets.
Side projects and experiments. AI characters, UGC, new formats.
Full campaign sets. Concept to finished assets.
Hero shots, portraits, details, ad crops. One direction across the whole series.
Characters, styling, light. Lookbooks, campaigns, or social.
Clean product with mood. For stores, social, or pitch decks.
Motion that matches the stills. Same look, moving.
Every project follows this flow. AI tools, human decisions.
01
Brand direction
Conversation or brief. I define the visual language: palette, light, framing, mood. Film references, not Pinterest boards.
02
Base compositions
Image generation with --style raw and --sref for consistency. I fight AI defaults to get the exact mood. 10-20 variants per frame, 2-3 survive.
03
Refinement + 4K
Product inpainting, artifact cleanup, color grading, 4K upscale. This is where AI output becomes campaign-ready.
04
Motion
Image-to-video for product reveals, fashion motion, loops. When stills need to move.
05
Edit + delivery
Animated text, CTA, music sync. Final cuts in channel formats: 9:16 Reels, 1:1 feed, 16:9 web.
Film school taught me to think in images. Framing, editing, narrative.
01
Film studies. Framing, narrative, visual culture.
02
Original film shot in Japan. Thesis project. Direction, screenplay, editing.
03
Netflix film workshops. I directed, wrote and edited "Bella".
04
Microsoft/LinkedIn certificate. Generative AI, prompt design, content automation.
Single frames. Light, framing, mood.
I also understand the operational side. Built a store from scratch.
I built the entire e-commerce store solo (detailing industry, 3,600+ products): ERP data import, PrestaShop store, UI/UX, payments, shipping, hosting, launch. On top of that I built KucaTools, my own panel for managing descriptions, SEO, images and missing data.
